Currently searching for an EMEA ER Project Consultant to join a company near Staines for 6 to 12 months. The role will pay up to £700 per day.

The role of EMEA ER Project Consultant will be to work on confidential EMEA based projects around change and restructuring therefore the ability to project manage, provide technical expertise and "roll-up sleeves" and do whatever it takes to deliver will be a necessity. This may involve advising, designing and drafting. The successful candidate will be an Employee Relations specialist and will have previous experience of restructuring across EMEA - so good understanding of employment law; best practice; consultation obligations including works councils/social partners as well as previous experience of managing and delivering HR projects - ideally ER/restructuring projects. Some Org Design experience is preferred but it is necessary that you are able to work within ambiguity, at a fast pace and with sensitivity.

The purpose of the role will be;

* To manage and deliver critical HR projects in support of the EMEA HR Priorities and Business Objectives.
* Each project may be complex both in terms of geography (EMEA wide) and topic (compliance/legal in nature) requiring working with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries and business areas/functions
* Ensures the successful delivery of projects ensuring seamless operational implementation against clearly articulated benefits, on time and with risks fully managed.
* Provision of technical expertise on restructuring across EMEA including consultation requirements and managing works councils
