Senior HR Business Partner

Your new company
We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner for an established local employer in Birmingham City Centre.

Your new role
Working as part of a larger HR team, you will be supporting the senior management team on a specific project involving restructure and reorganisation work. Alongside this you will also provide support to the wider HR team, including dealing with escalated ER issues, supporting line managers with performance management and advising on senior recruitment.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has a proven track record in partnering with businesses. With a strong HR background, you will be used to a mix of strategic and operational work. This is an immediate need, therefore candidates should be immediately available or free on short notice and happy to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
