Training Co-Ordinator, perm, 26k, Grantham

Your new company
A multi site food manufacturing organisation.

Your new role
The Training Coordinator will monitor and ensure that the Group Training policies and procedures are being implemented and maintained effectively on the site. They will work closely with and advise production management with regards to Training and be pro-active in developing new training initiatives to meet the demands of a fast changing industry.

* Refreshing compliance training
* Ensuring all employees are up to with training and this is logged
* Report on training costs
* Write new processes
* Audit trainers to ensure they are being effective
* Work with management to produce accurate training plans
* Admin duties
* Manage the apprenticeship programme
* This role will not include any delivery of training

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience in a fast paced and challenging role, preferably in a HR or Training role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work on your own imitative and be proactive
