Description
As the Reward Specialist you will assist in the creation of a reward strategy for the group and will initially need to perform the job evaluations, bench-marking, standardisation and framework creation for mulitiple sites across the UK.
Profile
The successful Reward Specialist will have:
* worked in a similar reward position previously - ESSENTIAL
* strong written and verbal communication skills - ESSENTIAL
* trained in an evaluation tool such as Hay - DESIRABLE
