Your new role
As HR Advisor you will be responsible for advising managers on all employee relations issues including contracts, disciplinaries, grievances and absence management as well as ensuring accurate time and attendance information.

You will be responsible for resolving pay queries, carrying out recruitment and identifying any training needs across the business. You will also undertake planned HR initiatives to achieve continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job you will have proven experience in Human Resources. You will ideally be working in an HR generalist role and you must have strong communication skills. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent would be beneficial.
