Responsibilities will include:

* Ownership for managing the delivery of relocation support to employees relocating to the UK and into EMEA.
* Acting as a key escalation and resolution point on all relocation matters
* Working closely with other Regions to ensure consistency, equity and best practices globally
* Promoting understanding of the mobility policies and the supporting management tools
* Managing their mobility vendors (relocation, immigration)
* Developing in tandem with other Regions, internal stakeholders, our vendors, relevant reporting metrics
* Managing relevant risks
* Ensuring that internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements are being met
* Accountable for Mobility proposition as part of wider HR contribution for supporting the Brexit strategy.
* Execution of Global Relocation Vendor strategy including expansion objectives within EMEA
* Embedding evolving Mobility operating model into EMEA
* Responsible for UK Immigration, and strategy for employee engagement

Required experience and skillset:

* Be bachelor degree qualified; and/or
* Be CIPD qualified; and
* Have deep relevant experience derived from advising on international moves and/or being involved in Project Management and Change Management initiatives
* Seasoned professional in international mobility management.
* Knowledge and understanding of the array of cross border relocation polices and practices and of differing approaches to compensation strategies and benefit programs in the context of relocations, including aspects relating to pensions and taxation.
* Knowledge of the potential tax and social security complexities arising in conjunction with cross-border moves and the related implications for corporates.
* Knowledge and understanding of general HR polices
* High levels of competence in Vendor Management.
* Experience of working with large scale organisational transformation
* Understanding of current UK immigration regulations
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong problem solving capability
