Description
You will be responsible for:
* Ensuring your work is completed accurately and timely, striving to continuously improve processes to enhance delivery to colleagues and the business
* Responsible for completion of job evaluation activities using Willis Towers Watson global grading methodology
* Management of direct report ensuring clear direction and deliverables are given, whilst developing their capabilities and knowledge
* Development and maintenance of strong and positive relationships with all internal stakeholders.
* Responsible for reward communications to maximise understanding, engagement and usage of company's reward package
* Responsible for reward pages of employee engagement platform
Profile
To be considered for this role you must have extensive reward experience ideally within the private sector. Having the experience of implementing management bonus scheme and changes to contract of employment. You must have a full in-depth understanding of Flexible Benefits Schemes, and are able to build working relationships with a range of people at all levels.
Job Offer
The Reward Manager will receive a basic salary of up £45'000K per annum.
