Interim HR Business Partner Job, cover Scotland & Ireland, 6 Month Fixed Term Contract up to £48,000 pro rata

Your new role
The need has arisen for you to join this organisation on an interim basis as the HR Business partner for Scotland, ROI and Ireland. You will be based in Scotland, and will have frequent opportunities to visit the various locations in your care. As HR BP, you will play a critical role in partnering with the organisation across various brands and functions. You will develop and implement key business and people initiatives, as well as performing in an operational capacity to promote best HR practice in your regions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be able to operate both as an operational and strategic HR professional who is commercially aware and with a demonstrable experience in ER, management development, and with a track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships.

You will have worked in a regional or field role previously, and be able to manage your time and workload efficiently across multiple sites. This role will involve travel, with overnight stays as required.

What you'll get in return
Alongside a generous pro rata salary of between £45,000 and £48,000 per annum, this demanding role offers an excellent reward package. As a fixed term contract role, you will have the autonomy to arrange your hours to meet the needs of the role, with pro rata 25 days annual leave. You will be eligible to opt in for a 5% pension, plus a 5% end of contract bonus dependent on your success in the role.
