Adam are delighted to be partnering a very exciting business in their search to find a commercially focused HR & Recruitment manager who will play an integral role in the organisation and will source, shape, nurture and retain the best talent to meet the demands of their growing first-class team.
Reporting directly to the CEOs, you will develop and manage all HR services, and you will be responsible for Human Resource Information Systems, recruitment, retention, talent management/succession planning, employee welfare, performance management and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities
*You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a commercially focused HR strategy that suits a rapidly growing business
*With recruitment being a large part of your overall role you will lead on the recruitment of staff across all disciplines, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, interviewing, offer letters, contracts and referencing etc.
*Work with the CEOs on the development of the work culture to ensure best possible working practices, a high level of staff performance and high staff retention
*Work closely with the senior management team and CEOs in growing the business
*Build a network of recruitment consultants and head hunters and negotiate fees and manage the relationship with the business
*Advertise job roles where appropriate and manage all applications
*Provide coaching and advice to develop managers and dept heads understanding and application of HR policies and practices and compliance of UK Law
*Be the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR advice and support for managers and staff
*Responsible for all performance management processes
*Manage investigations and complex employee relations issues including disciplinary, appeal, and grievance proceedings
*Oversee the staff budget, both full time and freelance, ensuring accurate cost control producing regular reports for the CEOs and Head of Finance.
*You will provide functional and practical support to line managers who are new to staff management.
*Work collaboratively with the company's appointed employment legal advisor where necessary.
*Maintain employee records this will cover everything from on boarding and extensive referencing and employment checks through to reviews, leaver documentation and exit interviews
*Management of third party HR platform
*Manage the monthly payroll with the external provider
*Produce regular reports on staff
*Review company processes to address retention, succession planning/talent management
*You will take responsibility for all HR projects and work autonomously to manage them end to end
*Any other duties as required to fulfil the HR needs of a stand-alone HR professional
