Morgan Law are working with an NHS Trust in North West London who require an interim Head of Workforce Information initially for 3 months. The post is responsible for the Workforce information function.

Some of your responsibilities in this role will include: 

  • Developing integrating workforce planning and management information systems.
  • Leading on a range of transformation projects
  • Implementing reporting systems to allow in depth analysis and interpretation of complex workforce information to identify trends. 
  • Delivering of training programmes to promote the implementation and understanding of workforce information and planning

To apply for this position, you will need to have worked in the NHS before, previous experience of leading a workforce team and being able to analyse complex data. The post is currently vacant so you will ideally be available to start work within a weeks’ notice.
