Description

In addition, you will also have the opportunity to add value in direct sourcing and assisting with some other non-partner level hires across our London office.



Key responsibilities:

* Produce a market map for most of the Partner hire vacancies before a search firm is instructed.





* Understand the legal market to ensure market maps are effective and up to date. Adding value through market knowledge.





* Ensure all Partner hire processes are speedy, pro-active and robust.





* Ensure a positive hiring process as a result of strong co-ordination and organization skills.





* Work pro-actively with our Partner Recruitment co-ordinator to ensure the business receives a slick service





* Working alongside the HR Business Partners and Practice Group Heads in the UK and internationally to proactively understand partner requirements.





* Pro-actively manage key stakeholders across the firm and provide counsel to their Partner recruitment requirements


Profile

Skills and experience:

* Experience and evidence of multiple stakeholder management and business partnering.





* Proven ability and passion to direct source would be highly desirable.





* Recruitment experience

* Resilient and delivery focused, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders in the business





* Credibility, gravitas to engage with Partner level hires and keep the momentum for searches

* Excellent oral, written, presentation and reporting skills and strong attention to detail.





* Solutions focused - while maintaining necessary levels of risk awareness.





* Ability to manage own and others' time effectively, and take accountability for actions while still maintaining a collaborative team environment.





* The ability to work as part of a wider recruitment team within a very busy environment





* High standards of integrity and ethics, ability to maintain professional standards.
