An Interim Reward Manager (FTC - 6 - 9 months) is required for a project role based in Bristol. This is an exciting role with a rapidly changing organisation with ambitious plans to challenge the market. IMMEDIATE START.

Key Accountabilities

Developing mobility frameworks across the new operating model.
Benefits harmonisation and alignment across the existing and newly acquired businesses.
Incentive/ Sales scheme design and implementation - Group Wide.
investigate and redesign with bonus scheme strategies.

The successful candidate needs to have significant experience within Reward and demonstrate impact and innovative/solution led results. A proven track record in Reward: pay modelling, job evaluation, managing annual salary review and bonus process, developing and implementing Reward policy is necessary as is experience of designing and implementing bonus schemes, preferably sales incentive plans.
You will have the ability to develop a business case for change and present recommendations verbally and in writing to senior managers. Lastly, experience of implementing share schemes would be a bonus! This role is to start asap. For more information, please contact me directly.
