You will offer advice to Line Managers and Investigating Managers on low risk cases, escalate high risk cases to local HR teams at appropriate trigger points and actively promote a 'right first time' approach by following HR policies and processes and therefore reducing the risk of litigation.

You will manage expectations by using the most appropriate method of communication , including email and telephone whilst seeking advice and guidance from HR Shared Service ER Manager and/ or Senior ER Managers if any risks to the business are identified.

As ER Advisor you will also be responsible for maintaining and updating all case notes on the HR Shared Service case management tool, fully utilise associated work flows within case management system and ensure all employee documentation is stored and allocated to employee file in an accurate and timely manner.
