A Recruitment Coordinator is required on a temporary basis in Harlow for a period of 4 weeks

Your new company
A Recruitment Coordinator is required on a temporary basis for 4 weeks, but its likely that it will extend. Working for a large organisation based in central Harlow

Your new role
To deliver an excellent, proactive professional recruitment service to attract and recruit high calibre talent, in accordance with the recruitment strategy and budget.
Manage the graduate scheme / programme
Arranging and attend assessment centres
To represent the recruitment function within the wider HR Department, participating in meetings as required
To develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and those involved in recruitment.
To deliver a high standard of service. Take job briefings from internal stakeholders and demonstrate in-depth understanding of business requirements. Conduct interviews when required
To produce and analyse management information as required and make recommendations
To deliver recruitment specific projects, as communicated and agreed.
To help manage the Preferred Supplier List, to monitor and review performance of suppliers, negotiate rates and hold agency briefings


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have previous internal recruitment or agency experience and be immediately available You will have strong communication skills and be confident dealing with people at all levels. It's essential that you managed various recruitment campaigns
