Internal Recruiter

An internal Recruiter is required for a 3 month contract

Your new company
As a Internal Recruiter you will play a critical role in supporting the end to end recruitment process, acting as a consistent point of contact for line managers responsible for recruitment. You will need to be responsible for engaging with the relevant line managers to drive the recruitment process and source the best possible talent for the business.

Your new role


* To partner with Stakeholders and hiring managers to discuss recruitment needs and advise on attraction strategies and best practice.
* Advertise vacancies through ATS as well as utilising external Job Boards, Career and Social Media portals.
* Support with the weekly collation and distribution of current vacancies.
* To administer and maintain the Applicant tracking system along with talent pool and reporting suite.
* To provide a first-class candidate experience ensuring that candidates are kept informed of their application progress.
* To partner with recruiting managers to proactively drive the recruitment process with pace and professionalism.
* To support with short listing and distribution of applications via the Applicant Tracking System, as required.
* Supporting with arrangements of interviews and Assessment Centres.
* Carrying out interviews or supporting the hiring manager as part of the interview panel where required.
* To carry out telephone interviews with candidates as required.
* To drive the delivery of Resourcing KPIs (cost, time to hire, etc).
* Proactively review and drive the sourcing, development and usage of sourcing and attraction methods e.g. social media, job boards.
* Support in the development of selection processes and recruitment documentation.
* Engage with recruiting managers to gain and provide interview feedback to all of our candidates.
* To actively support the offer stage, making verbal offers of employment where necessary, ensuring we have gained the relevant documentation needed.
* Support a seamless flow of information through the HR Operations team.
* Support the wider HR Department with any ad hoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed


* Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
* Strong Administration Skills.
* Previous experience in Recruitment either in house or agency.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels both verbally and in writing.
* Passionate about providing excellent service and recruiting talented individuals.
