This HR Advisor position will have a strong focus on recruitment and stakeholder management, both UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

* Provide HR support to key stakeholders in respect of generalist HR processes on recruitment, on-boarding, contract management and policy advice, performance and probation management and Learning and development initiatives. Some experience of ER is helpful, but this is not necessarily the focus for this HR position
* Manage the full end to end recruitment with the use of a very well streamlined process and e-recruitment software
* Plan, coordinate and evaluate learning and development activities
* Co-ordinate the performance management process
* Assist the Head of HR to monitor changes in local employment legislation and policies and key projects

This is a full generalist role and a small team with expectations for you to be involved in all operational and project HR activities.

You will have demonstrable HR Generalist experience with excellent employment law knowledge and experience managing the recruitment process.

* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Effectively influencing skills
* Ability to identify development needs and skills gaps and arrange appropriate training and development areas
* You will be a motivated individual who is looking to develop both professionally and personally
