This is a rare and exciting opportunity to help mould the future of an established, recognised and much-loved brand through the creation and management of a world class L&D strategy supported by an implementable plan.
This is a highly influential role in which you will work with a wide range of business stakeholders as well as 3rd party training providers. With your leadership you will both revise existing training needs and create from scratch new programmes to ensure the delivery of ambitious future business objectives.
It’s a broad role and the remit includes (but is not restricted to) Operations Manager Leadership Development, Customer Service Training, Induction, Apprenticeships and Support Centre Team Development. You’ll be capable of both delivery and strategic thinking and the inspired leadership of a team of two and will likely have honed your career to date within a retail and/or hospitality environment.
On a practical level, you’ll need to be based with easy access to Central London where you’ll spend circa 2-3 days a week with the ability to travel throughout the UK.
Salary is offered at £60,000 plus car allowance, bonus and bens.
