HR BUSINESS PARTNER -CREWE

Your new company
My client are part of a specialist manufacturing group with multiple UK operations and a research and design facility in Crewe. Reporting to the HR Manager, they now have a requirement for a HRBP to join their team, to take ownership of the day to day HR operations of the Crewe site.


Your new role

As HR Business Partner you will act as the first point of contact for the employees and managers to advise/coach & Mentor managers on employee relations issues. You will coach & Mentor Managers in Management Skills, proactively support the delivery of HR processes and drive the performance management agenda at all levels in the business,

You will actively identify gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to not only cover risk, but also to add value to the business and then design succession plans and support those in that plan with appropriate support and learning to ensure their potential is met.As HRBP you will support the whole of the UK with the full remit of generalist HR matters, develop and / or identify appropriate training and support for all employees within the business irrespective of those individual's performance; for example, induction, PIP training plans and ensure employment Law compliance at a local level

One of the key responsibilities of the role is to own Employee Engagement and development, in support of the UK HR Manager, in identifying initiatives to improve / retain levels of engagement, general HR administration and the delivery on HR projects, whether that be in a supporting or a leading capacity.You will manage the Apprenticeship & graduate programme coordination including secondment (subject to business requirement)


What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced HR generalist, ideally with CIPD Level 5 or above qualification with a good understanding of Employment Law, Project Management & Change Management Skills. You must have experience working with high levels of autonomy with experience garrisoned within a manufacturing or closely aligned industry sector.

What you'll get in return

The role attracts a salary of c£28,000-£32,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
