Job Details

An experinced HR Advisor is required for this urgent interim role (3 to 6 months initially), working for a well known South Oxfordshire based business.

You will join a talented team, tasked with supporting a large change programme - Day to day, you will manage case work across all areas of business; disciplinary & grievance, harassment, absenteeism, performance improvement and any other ER related matters. You will also assist on a large redundancy programme.

You must possess strong employment law knowledge and be used to dealing with multiple cases at any one time. You will be able to work at pace, within a pressured and demanding environment, possess excellent relationship building, problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a high level of commercial acumen. Some travel will be required but, the organisation also offers a degree of flexible working.
