Permanent Recruitment Assistant required for role in Middlesbrough

Our client based in Middlesbrough, are seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator/Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. An exciting role, with huge potential for progression, this is the perfect opportunity for a recruitment professional looking to join a busy and dynamic team. Looking for someone with pace and drive, our client is hoping to secure someone who enjoys working through periods of change.

Duties within the role will include:


* Sourcing candidates
* Placing adverts on job sites
* Interviewing candidates through a variety of means
* Coordinating assessment days
* Reference requests
* DBS and security checks where need be
* Chasing applicants for missing information
* Updating the database
* Sending out contract letters
* Onboarding activities
* Inductions
* Operating within agreed SLA's
