My client are a well known firm within sports and leisure based in the city of London.


Description

The Training Manager, along with the wider leadership team, is responsible for creating a high performing team through developing and executing effective training plans and creating a culture of learning and continuous development throughout the business.



The Training Manager will know they've been successful when:

* Team members are hitting their targets
* Business results are improving
* All team members are engaged in a learning & development program
* Team members are proactively requesting training to enhance their performance
* Training evaluation feedback is positive and continues to improve
* Gallup engagement scores relating to learning and development improve





* Present/facilitate training both live and online
* 1:1 coaching to improve individual performance
* Select appropriate external providers when appropriate and work with them to understand business and culture

* Work with business leaders and team members to identify and address learning issues and new educational needs
* Diagnose performance issues and provide recommendations for learning and development support
* Continually upskills own skills and knowledge within the business sector and learning & development area

* Deliver all projects successfully within budget, on time and in line with expectations and in accordance with the project brief
* Ensure project communication is effective, efficient and on-brand
* Manage project change quickly and effectively for smooth project completion

* Role-model values and Leadership Expectations
* Recognize and celebrate behaviour aligned with our values and Leadership Expectations
* Identify opportunities for continual improvement
