8-12 week temporary contract on a part time basis based in Bristol City Centre

My client is looking for an individual on a temporary basis on a 8-12 week contract but there is the potential for this post to become a permanent position.

The hourly rate is between 12.73 - 14.63 per hour (including your holiday pay) and it is a part time role. The hours are twenty two and a half hours a week and you will be working Monday to Wednesday.

My client is based in Bristol City Centre and they are easily accessible via train, car or bus - or walking. They are a public sector organisation.

Your new role

This role will be delivering, evaluating, measuring and reviewing the OD training offer in line with my clients annual plan. You will be aiming to improve service users experience via; staff engagement, leadership management development and building capability.

You will be delivering the teaching and learning strategy, providing an environment in which employees can learn and develop within a professional aspect. You will support any delivery of the governance, including supporting any corporate risks, strategies and staff engagement.

As a part of this role it is crucial you are able to build rapport and work cooperatively with state holders in the organisation.

You will be carrying out tasks such as;


* Presenting OD training programmes and will assist with; scheduling, room booking and booking any relevant speakers
* Ensure all course equipment is up to standard and meets any guidelines
* Take the lead in writing and reviewing OD training plans
* Delivering and facilitating of all OD training

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience in delivering management training. You must be immediately available to start this role.
