Well known commercial business in Leicester
Your new role
9 month maternity cover working as part of a transactional HR Team that supports the business with the whole employee life cycle. Your role will be to ensure the HR and Payroll system is always kept up to date with employee information and you will generate reports and metrics, analysing the information to identify any trends and issues. You will generate KPIs to share with the business and will maintain the commissions database that allows the business to perform bonus calculations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience using an HR/Payroll system and be confident generating reports and manipulating and analysing data. An eye for detail and methodical approach is essential as well as the ability to interact with employees and managers across the business.
What you'll get in return
A salary of £18,000 - £22,000
