The HRBP will be a champion for change and business improvement implementing performance management and people development strategies, ensuring organisational design and capability are fit for purpose in particular the person will have:

* An up to date understanding and application of employment law and HR best practice
* Excellent negotiation skills with confidence in communication
* Ability to coach and develop all staff at all levels
* Ability to apply judgement to individual cases, make decisions and manage risks
* A creative can-do attitude and prepared to meet new challenges
* Full driving licence as you will be required to travel to various locations.
* CIPD qualified
* Minimum 3 years generalist HR experience
