Your new company

Your new company is based in the easily accessible Blackpool area, and are well established in the energy industry, having gone from success to success throughout the years. Due to maternity, there is now an opportunity for an experienced internal recruiter to join their growing team on a fixed term basis.

Your new role

Your new job will involve you sourcing high quality candidates that meet the skills matrix and desired company values to continue the business driving forward, adhere to hiring targets and assist in cutting agency spends. You will successfully pipeline talent for future vacancies, perform initial telephone interviews and candidate attraction, manage the PSL for the organisation and ensure compliance in line with GDPR regulations throughout the recruitment process.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal applicant will have experience within a similar position in either agency or internal recruitment but ideally both, is adept at using tools to source candidates such as LinkedIn. You will be analytical in your approach, can build and manage key relationships with external stakeholders and line managers and able to recruit across multi-disciplines as well as have an understanding of employment law and HR policies.

What you'll get in return

Our client is offering a salary of £35000-£45000 depending on experience, a generous pension contribution and much more.
