HR Business Partner
Permanent, Full Time, Basingstoke
£38,052 - £41,846 per annum
This is a great opportunity for a talented HR Business Partner to join the Council. The role will work alongside the Head of HR and OD on pay, policy and employee relations matters.
The role is varied with a combination of project work, hands on casework and change support and you should be comfortable working both strategically and operationally.
To be successful you will be an experienced HR practitioner with significant experience of complex casework and a background in the public sector, ideally local government. You must have up to date employment law knowledge, a strong customer focus and the ability to drive performance improvement through others.
You will be values orientated, have strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative style.
