Job Details
As Interim Recruitment Manager, you will be tasked with numerous projects, working in partnership with internal stakeholders and senior management, whilst managing a small internal team to deliver a first-class, direct-sourcing recruitment model.
Projects will include; building and introducing Employer Value Proposition, looking at the early career's recruitment strategy, improving the recruitment process / candidate journey from application to offer, assessing sourcing methods and re-evaluating the overall recruitment strategy and associated budgets. This role will also carry an element of hands on delivery of more senior and complex roles, as well as regular MI reporting.
Applicants must have previous recruitment management experience, gained either within an internal or RPO environment, ideally with a strong understanding of graduate recruitment, strong man management and demonstrable head-hunting skills.
This is a fast-paced, demanding role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail and mentoring team members.
