Interim Head of Recruitment | Basingstoke, Hampshire | 6mths Assignment | c.£500-600pd
An experienced Limited Company worker is required to step into the Head of Recruitment role on an interim basis for a period of 6 months.
Based in the offices in Basingstoke, this role will have responsibility for managing a team of Recruitment Advisors and Recruitment Co-ordinators and your presence here will be key.
The remit of the role will cover the recruitment strategy, recruitment operations and the delivery of recruitment solutions. Currently operating with a large number of vacancies, the business need to secure talent into these roles is crucial.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be measured on these key areas:
- Successful management of the team, making them effective in their working practices, adopting best practice methodologies and generating a culture of collaboration and can do
- Successfully delivering recruitment solutions to the business, filling a significant number of the vacancies that currently exist
- Providing frameworks and communications with the wider business to ensure recruitment processes are adhered to and fit for purpose.
You might have experience operationally delivering recruitment solutions in an agency environment or as an in-house recruiter within a volume environment.
Proven success in attracting talent in competitive fields and with short supply would be key. Previous exposure to strategically positioning the business as an employer of choice, looking at the EVP and branding would also be advantageous.
