Interim ER Consultant | 2 months | Regionally across South East
A diverse business with multiple service offerings is needing an additional HR professional to join whilst the permanent roles are being recruited. Specifically focusing on the Employee Relations aspects of HR, this role will provide support to regional and depot managers with their people issues. Covering 9 locations across the South East, the ideal candidate will live around Maidstone, Tunbridge Wells or Sevenoaks to enable access to the depot locations.
Currently, there is a strong ER case load and the business has specific issues which need managing. Therefore a seasoned ER generalist with considerable exposure to a vast caseload and management is required. The timescale for this would be 2 months minimum. The successful candidate will be immediately available, be able to travel across the South East region and work as a Limited Company Contractor. Examples of some of the issues include impact assessment work, mental health issues, disciplinary and grievance issues and coaching line managers. There are 9 locations and therefore you can expect each location to be visited once in every 2 weeks.
