The role will typically be 60% recruitment and 40% employee relations. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle which will include writing JDs, sourcing candidates, initial screening, and guiding managers through the process.

You will also have an input on improving retention as well as having input on rolling out a graduate scheme.

Further to the recruitment function you will also be the main point of contact for any HR/ER related queries. You will require good basic ER experience that will mainly involve resolving informal grievances, sickness absence and perfomance related issues. You will also be required to support and guide line managers on a number of issues.

We are looking for a person of gravitas, with high energy and a strong personality with a passion for the natural environment. You will be used to a fast-paced environment, typically working on 10 vacancies a month. Experience gained within an SME would be highy desireable.

The role reports directly to the HR Director and has support from an HR administrator.
