Job Details
Description
Review and develop HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation (including the development of the new GDPR policy and process)
Supporting, coaching and advising with ER issues.
Line management of Apprentices, Interns and Receptionist.
Working alongside hiring managers to manage the recruitment needs of the business.
Working alongside the HR Director to develop and execute the training budget
Implementation and development of the talent and succession plans.
Profile
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
