Job Details
You will be the key interface with key internal stakeholders and recognised Trade Union representatives.
You will formulate and lead an OE transformation programme that consists of structural and cultural change. You will have a focus on managing the ER, IR, Talent, Engagement and D&I agenda.
You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships (including HR Centres of Excellence) with key internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute in Regional and Global HR Projects
This role is based in the north Manchester area.
Description
As a HR Business Partner, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.
Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus of the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the leadership team. As an HR leader, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and within the wider business.
You will be equipped with an astute toolkit which will enable you to manage projects within a senior generalist role; ER, IR, Talent, Engagement, D&I etc.
You must have experience within a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-cultural and unionised environment, which you have taken through a transformative journey.
**You MUST be CIPD qualified or have a HR related degree to be considered for this role.
Profile
HR related degree (CIPD)
Proven significant experience of providing generalist HR support in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
Experience in managing employee relations in a matrix, multi-country/cultural environment
Ability to build trust and credibility with a strong customer-service orientation
Excellent communication (written and oral) skills
Ability to build relationship at all levels of the organisation
Good balance of autonomy and reporting
Effective time-management skills and good attention to detail
Job Offer
This role will paid up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience). You will also a performance related bonus, along with a suite of benefits.
