Job Details

3 month Graduate Recruitment Manager job for an NHS organisation in London. ASAP start paying £26 - £30 p/h.

Your new company
You will be working for an innovative organisation with links to the NHS, on a 3 month interim basis. This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday, paying £26 per hour via PAYE or £30 per hour via Umbrella company. The role is inside IR35 so Limited Companies cannot be used.
Candidates are required to be available on 1 week notice or less, as the role will start ASAP.

Your new role
Reporting to the Graduate Programme Manager, you will interpret national and local policy in respect of appropriate pay and reward (e.g. advising managers on appropriate starting salaries), advise managers on a range of complex resourcing issues and suggest strategies to improve recruitment and retention in difficult to recruit areas and oversee the delivery of the recruitment service for all business areas, ensuring quality of work and maintain and update the ATS system.
You will also work with stakeholders to encourage the development of attraction strategies, and assist promotional activities (fairs, cooperation with schools and universities) to increase the NHS attractiveness and visibility in the market. You will develop partnerships with various NHS trusts and social care organisations, and influence managers on the opportunities and benefits for the use of graduates. Other duties will be to update and manage the website, Instagram and Twitter.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates are required to have Graduate Recruitment experience and be available on 1 week's notice or less.
