Sheffield Theatres is seeking a HR Manager to lead a small team responsible for the full HR function that supports the organisation’s goals and employees’ wellbeing and development. With a well organised approach and a general love for all things HR, this could be an ideal opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and ambitious organisation.  

What you'll need to succeed: 

  • CIPD Qualified, level 5 or above, with evidence of continual professinal development.
  • Proven HR generalist experience of over 5 years is expected.
  • Must have an up to date, broad and in depth knowledge of employment law and HR issues.  
  • Experienced in successfully developing and supporting line managers through change. 
  • Ability to negotiate and build good working partnership with our recognised Trade Union.
  • A values orientates approach to building effective working relationships and trust at all levels in the organisation.
