Head of HR

Sandberg, established in 1860, is an independent family owned civil engineering consultancy providing professional and technical services to all concerned with the quality and performance of construction materials.  We are leaders in our field with an international reputation of excellence.  

Due to a forthcoming retirement, we are now recruiting for this multi-skilled role.  In addition to being Head of HR, as with many medium sized businesses, the ideal candidate will have skills related to management of health and safety, formal quality systems and contracts knowledge.

Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are also really valued here.
 
This post is a senior position within the firm, reporting to the Managing Partner.  

A competitive salary will be offered depending on experience plus pension and private health care.   

The role is primarily based at our head office in Grosvenor Gardens in central London.
