Diversity and Inclusion Manager
An exciting opportunity has come up with a prestigious leading law firm, based in stunning offices in the City for a talented Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join the firm’s HR team on a permanent basis.
The Diversity and Inclusion Manager will report into the head of Inclusion and Corporate Responsibility and will work closely with Diversity and Inclusion Partners.
The key duties will include:
- Develop, implement and drive the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion strategy
- Be the point of contact for all Diversity and Inclusion queries for best practice and information
- Lead new strategy
- Work closely with the graduate and lateral hire recruitment teams
- Ad hoc project management
- Collate and report data
- Develop new policies and procedures
The Diversity and Inclusion Manager must be passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and be an advocate for the area. They must have a significant understanding and proven track record of delivering Diversity and Inclusion projects. The right candidate must be extremely organised with strong project management experience, they must also have excellent communication skills. They must be able to positively influence a team around them and have a collaborative approach.
