Can you be available for a new fixed term contract from January? If so then I want to hear from you! I'm working with a client near Staines who are searching for a variety of Employee Relations professionals at all levels from Advisor through to Consultants to join them to work on an EMEA based project. This is a superb opportunity to join a market leading business at a time of exciting change and growth. The ER Professionals will work within a team to ensure that they manage and deliver critical HR projects in support of the EMEA HR Priorities and Business Objectives.

Working within a team the key priorities for the next 6 months will include:

* Providing Employee Relations guidance to both the UK and EMEA on areas such as disciplinary, grievance, tribunal, restructuring, consultations and redundancy.
* Each project may be complex both in terms of geography (EMEA wide) and topic (compliance/legal in nature) requiring working with multiple stakeholders across multiple countries and business areas/functions
* Ensures the successful delivery of projects ensuring seamless operational implementation against clearly articulated benefits, on time and with risks fully managed.
* Provision of technical expertise on restructuring across EMEA including consultation requirements and managing works councils

The suitable candidates will have a proven track record in Employee Relations in a multi-national environment and acute attention to detail. You will have expert employment law knowledge from both the UK and preferably Europe.
