Compensation Consultant

Engineering client recruiting for a Compensation Consultant for a 6 month FTC paying £400 per day.

Your new company
Our engineering client in Croydon/Bristol is currently recruiting for a Compensation Consultant to complete a project for 6 month - 1 years. This role can be located in either the Croydon or Bristol office, depending on the candidates, the HR team are split over both regions. The role could also be based in their London office.

Your new role
As a Compensation Consultant, you will be supporting the set up of multi country compensation structures and processes for a new joint venture company, set up the system and process to gather and maintain compensation data, delivery annual compensation cycle and incentive process and supporting the design of new incentive structures.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of managing compensation programmes, ideally across multiple locations (base pay, incentives, grades, etc.), strong excel skills and compensation design experience.
