Reward Analyst, Surry, up to £45,000 plus excellent benefits, Permanent.

Our client, a large leading organisation are going through an exciting period of growth and now require a Reward Partner to join their team.

As Reward Analyst you will report into The Head of Reward and be responsible for providing analytical support to the Reward manager and Director.  You will be responsible for all reward projects across the business including the annual pay and bonus review whilst supporting the reward team with its reporting requirements and working with the team to continuously look for ways of improving reward processes.  You will conduct market-based reward analysis to ensure that pay levels and benefit provision are in line with external trends and will be responsible for advising on salary and benefit recommendations for new and existing roles.  

An experienced and credible Reward Advisor, you have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and have a proven track record of commercially adding value within a fast-paced multi-site environment. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and will have gained your experience from within commercial, ever changing environments where HR is seen as a true added value partner.
