Job Details

I am currently working with a national charity based in central London to recruit an HR Officer on an ongoing interim basis. There is flexibility for this role to be 4 or 5 days a week. 

This role will support the HR business partnering team in providing an excellent HR service to the organisation.

The main accountabilities held within this role will include:

  • Act as a HR contact for a wide range of queries and first stage employee relations matters. Potential to manage more complex cases with support from the Assistant HR Business Partner.
  • Produce monthly reports on sickness, new starters, leavers, recruitment and headcount. Work with the Assistant HR Business Partners to analyse the data to produce meaningful reports.
  • Support the Assistant HR Business Partner and line manager with any termination of employment situations such as reorganisations involving redundancies, including preparing letters and redundancy calculations
  • Carry out job evaluations and salary benchmarking exercises in conjunction with the Pay & Reward Officer
