Your new role
You will build relationships with the firms graduate population. You will coordinate all aspects of the firms graduate lifecycle, with full involvement in ensuring graduates are following correct seat rotations, ensuring that graduates are performing to their full capability and meeting all of their development requirements.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven coordinating experience from within a commercial and corporate organisation. You will have exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to multitask. You will be a people person.
