A well-established charity are recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator to join their team in S/W London

Your new company
A well-established charity who are renowned for making positive impact are recruiting for a Senior HR Administrator. This organisation is based in a great location in South West London. This business recognises that its people are key to its success and who aim to recruit motivated individuals that are passionate about their cause.

Your new role
To support the HR Officer in providing a professional HR service to the Charity and undertake core elements of that service that include recruitment, starters/leavers, payroll, absence monitoring, special projects, record keeping and other administration processes. A key part of the role will involve processing all new starter paperwork, carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks to ensure a smooth on-boarding process. You will also be involved in the employee lifecycle, issuing and updating employee contracts and assisting in the data cleansing and analysis of the HR system. You will respond to HR queries on email and telephone.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will have a proven experience of working in a HR administration, with particular emphasis on accurate record keeping, data processing and HR systems. They will possess a high quality and pro-active service to all customers and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
