Our client, a full-service international law firm, is looking to recruit a Compensation Advisor on a 6-month fixed term contract basis. The Compensation Advisor will be based in the London office.
The Compensation Advisor will report directly to the HR Services Manager and will be responsible for remuneration administration and benchmarking as well as working closely with HR Analysts on systems management and development. Other key duties will include:
- Planning and delivery of the annual salary review
- Analyse and report on salary review data
- Involvement with external market data surveys
- Work closely with Payroll teams for accurate administration of salaries and benefits
- Ad hoc compensation projects and reward initiatives
- Work closely with HR Analyst team to ensure accuracy of data
The right candidate will have a good understanding of HR and will have previous experience in a reward/compensation role. Ideally, they will have experience of international compensation. They will have a good knowledge of payroll and will be highly numerate and accurate in data analysis. The Compensation Advisor will have the ability to multitask and prioritise their workload, they will have excellent communication skills and will be a proactive and innovative person.
