My client is an innovative and well-established patent & trademark firm with offices in the UK & Europe. The firm has a reputation for honesty, creativity and tenacity. They are looking to hire a HR Assistant on a permanent basis.
The HR Assistant will work closely with the HR Manager and will be responsible for the smooth running of the HR function. The key duties will include:
- Managing the employee lifecycle
- Supporting with the appraisal process
- Maintaining database
- Closely support the HR Manager
- Drafting contracts and documents for onboarding and leavers
- Managing the probation process
- General administration
The HR Assistant will be an enthusiastic and personable candidate with a genuine passion for HR. They must have some experience in an administration role and be a good communicator. This role would suit someone who is looking to begin their career in HR, is proactive and a quick learner.
