Internal Recruiter - up to £26,000 - South West London - Technology Company

Your new company
An industry leading technology business recognised for their established brands are recruiting for an Internal Recruiter in their South West London office.

Your new role
You will be working alongside a team of Recruiters and be reporting directly to the Recruitment Manger. You will utilise your skills and expertise to drive the recruitment needs internally and externally while also building the brand through engagement in the market place. You will build strong professional relationships with the HR team, hiring managers and senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle hiring excellent people with urgency and reducing the use of recruitment agencies where possible. You will advise and guide the hiring managers on policy and procedure a well as provide training accordingly. You will use initiative to continuously improve and develop the on boarding processes from your London office.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of recruiting ideally working in agency or an in-house Recruiter position. You will have extensive experience of sourcing candidates and advertising roles on various job boards and social media. You will have experience of screening candidates and shortlisting CVs. You will have strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills. You will have a strong understanding of technical competencies and frameworks. You will successfully deliver results when working in a fast paced and high pressured environment with the need to meet challenging deadlines and targets.
