Campus / Graduate Recruiter Financial Services 12 month contract £300/400 per day London

Your new company
Leading Financial services client with a global presence across 20 plus countries are seeking an experienced Campus Recruiter to come in for a 12 month assignment. Based in the heart of London, walking distance from the closest train station - you will be responsible for supporting the firm's wide recruitment strategy across there campus sector.

Your new role

* Liaise with global campus recruiting teams to drive and delivery there programs.
* Develop close relationships with HR Generalists, L&D, Diversity along with key business stakeholders.
* Support the deliver and strategy within campus recruitment, whilst overseeing candidate management.
* Work closely with Talent Diversity and inclusion team to ensure best practice in attracting and selecting a diverse workforce.

What you'll need to succeed

* Solid graduate recruitment experience in a similar role.
* Excellent attention to detail with a focus on organisational and time management skills.
* Flexibility to travel across Europe & UK.
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
