Temporary Recruitment Manger job paying £18-£28p/h

Your new company
You will be working for a not for profit organisation in Canary Wharf paying £18- £28.50 per hour.

Your new role
You will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment activity for a number of recruitment campaigns for internal and external vacancy generation. You will be liaising with recruiting managers and stakeholders across the organisation to support them with developing job descriptions. You will also arrange appropriate recruitment advertising and provide advice on shortlisting and selection whilst ensuring that you are tapping into high calibre workforce across a diverse range of backgrounds. In addition to the proactively sourcing candidates, you will be required to update all recruitment plans and track documents and spreadsheets relating to recruit campaigns. Following this, you will also take lead on completing all employment transfers, contracts and on boarding activities. You will be working in a HR team of 8 and reporting into the Head of HR. This is an interim HR role for a period of 8 weeks with the potential of extension, interviews will be conducted week commencing 10th December with a start date of 2nd January 2019.

What you'll need to succeed
You must display excellent working knowledge of best practise recruitment and employment legislation in order to apply this into your role. As an experienced recruiter, you will have a proven track record of coordinating and delivering a range of recruitment campaigns within tight deadlines. You will also display excellent communication skills and this will be demonstrated by your ability to liaise with stakeholders and hiring managers of all seniority. You will also show a strong commitment to valuing diversity in recruitment and in the workplace. In-house experience within a charity or public sector organisation is highly desirable for this role as you will be expected to work with minimal supervision. CIPD qualification is highly desirable for this role but not essential so please apply if you would like to be considered.
