HR Business Partner
We are working in partnership with a well-established organisation who has a worldwide reputation for excellence in their field. They are currently looking to appoint an HR Business Partner, initially for a period of 12 months.
As a key member of the Senior Management team, leading a team of HR Advisors and Administrators, the HR Business Partner provides key strategic HR input and operational support and advice to senior staff and management. You will actively promote good HR practice and employee relations, providing information, advice and guidance whilst managing the HR team within your area. The HR Business Partner is actively involved in HR strategy and policy development, ensuring that HR is up to date with changes to legislation and that it is meeting the changing needs of the organisation.
You will be CIPD qualified with extensive experience in employee relations and have previously worked as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager within a complex and challenging environment. You will also be an articulate communicator who is comfortable working at both strategic and operational levels.
