You'll support a vast region across the West Midlands and Northern England - about 100 stores - you'll close some (boo), and open new ones (hurray!). You'll handle high volumes of ER, increase store leader capability, induct new team members - no two days will be the same. You'll get to enjoy the lifestyle that comes with regional roles, managing your own diary, planning your workload around business priorities, and visiting as many stores you can fit into a day.
