My client, a leading international law firm is looking to recruit a HR/Resourcing Coordinator on a permanent basis at their Manchester office. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career within a highly successful global firm.
The HR/Resourcing Coordinator will be working within the Resourcing team who are responsible for all Partner, Associate, Paralegal and Business Services recruitment on a national basis.
Key duties will include:
- Record and monitor the full process of candidate recruitment
- Diary management, to ensure a smooth interviewing process
- Administrative support for the Resourcing team
- Manage and create relevant documentation
- Implementation and management of resourcing database
- Ad hoc project work
- Monthly personnel reporting
The role would suit someone with strong organisational, administrative and secretarial skills. They will have excellent attention to detail with a professional manner. The candidate will be driven and proactive with the ability to communicate confidently. The HR/Resourcing Coordinator will have proficient Microsoft skills and will be a good team player.
